Maintaining a clean and pleasant environment in the workplace can be difficult at times but with a regular carpet cleaning programme you can be sure that your premises will look their best for your employees and visitors alike.
I have many years experience working in the commercial carpet cleaning environment and regularly carry out work for breweries; public houses; restaurants; private hospitals and NHS trusts; schools; offices and all other commercial premises. I maintain public liability insurance and can provide cover details on request.
Following a commercial client's initial contact, a site visit will be made in order to fully understand the job and discuss any particular needs that the client may have. Some premises may have areas of carpet which are heavily worn or damaged and likely outcomes in these areas will be discussed. After the site visit a quotation will be supplied and then a start date can be scheduled.
In some commercial premises the method of cleaning will be exactly as described for domestic carpet cleaning and will be the hot water extraction method. For low profile carpets, very often, a low moisture method of cleaning will be used. This has the benefit of enabling the carpet to be used very quickly after cleaning and, in some cases, can be carried out with very little disruption during the normal working day. I also use an 'encapsulating' product which is a highly effective cleaner, leaves no sticky residues, deodorises the carpet and has a stain protector included too. It should be noted that as part of a commercial carpet cleaning programme it will be necessary to use a combination of hot water extraction and low moisture cleaning to achieve satisfactory long term results.
I would be delighted to discuss your commercial carpet cleaning needs with you at your premises or just get in touch for advice. Get in touch using the number above, by email or by filling in this form.
